Building and wrapping your shoot

You have the option to schedule a shoot and provide details about your project in the project description section. Once you do so, a representative will reach out to you.

Yes, it is possible. In this particular case, it is important to make two separate bookings: one for the images and another for the videos. For example, you could make a reservation for 4 images and a 360 video, or 4 images along with 1 lifestyle image.

Upon confirming your shoot reservation, we will evaluate the booking and provide you with a price estimate. Upon your approval, you may proceed with the payment and send your items to us!
If your booking requires additional review, one of our representatives will reach out to you to discuss the specifics and help. -
Upon receipt of payment, the studio's address will be provided for shipping the items or for drop-off.

Our schedulers carefully consider the availability, circumstances of the shoot, and working hours to select a date and time that aligns with our schedule. This ensures that you will have the optimal experience based on your shoot goals. You will receive an email containing the confirmed date and time.
If you encounter any conflicts with the scheduled time, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will make every effort to reschedule you for a more suitable time. In the event that you need to reschedule, we kindly request a notice of at least 2 business days.

The timing for scheduling the photoshoot will be determined 2-3 business days after we receive your shipment, based on the calendar.
We will then notify you and arrange a suitable time for the photoshoot to take place.

There are three options available: you can either pick up the items yourself, have them shipped to your location with additional fees, or abandon the items for us to handle in a manner that will not affect your brand's image.

Please book a shoot in the usual manner, and we will provide you with a price estimate to confirm the booking, regardless of when the product is shipped.

Absolutely, the necessary preparations will be made prior to the shoot. You will have the opportunity to review and discuss the creative aspects, shot list, and goals for your shoot.

No, but it is preferred that you are present if there are models. Alternatively, you can delegate someone from your side.

The submission of images is subject to the amount and level of complexity of the editing involved.

All the content will be accessible through a link that will be shared with you.
Rescheduling, refunds and cancellations

You are allowed to reschedule your shoot once by contacting Nawawi Imaging via email at least 3 business days prior to your booked session. We will make every effort to find a more convenient time for you.

Nawawi Imaging does not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your content, we will strive to make it right! Please contact us at hello@nawawiimaging.com and we will collaborate to produce content that meets your expectations.

The booking you made is valid for one year from the date of purchase. Kindly note that the full payment for your reservation is non-refundable and will be forfeited.
No cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours before the shoot, and refunds will not be processed.
In the event that you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled session or shoot, kindly note that a 50% deduction from the full payment will be made.
If the cancellation is made 72 hours prior to the session, a 25% deduction will be applied.
We regret to inform you that the amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Pricing and references

With each SAR photo purchase, you will receive a set of basic edits that are included in the package. These edits include:
• Background removal
• Coloring
• One crop
• Image cleaningHowever, if you require more advanced edits, starting from 35 SAR, we offer a range of additional services. These services include:
• Fixing visible damaged components
• Color enhancement
• Skin retouching
• Product touch-up
• Transparent background
• Image composition

Our basic editing services are offered free of charge to all customers, ensuring that their images receive the necessary enhancements.
For those looking for more complex modifications to further enhance their images, our advanced editing services are available at an additional cost.

Models

Modeling agency prices can vary, and booking fees may differ for each model. Additionally, there are usage and renewal fees associated with using the content after the photoshoot, and extra fees may be incurred during contract negotiations.
However, at Nawawi Imaging, you only need to pay a one-time fee for the model.
This means you don't have to worry about any usage or renewal fees, giving you the freedom to use your content whenever and wherever you want. -
For all photoshoots involving models, it is preferable for the client to be in attendance. This is to guarantee that prompt feedback can be given to the model(s) and that we can accurately capture your desired content.

After confirming your shoot reservation, we will provide you with the password and a link to our directory on our website here.

To meet your desired quantity, we propose organizing two distinct photo shoots. One shoot will be specifically for model shots, while the other will cater to non-model photos. You will receive a single invoice for both shoots, encompassing all associated costs.
Styling

After your booking, You may communicate with the stylists during the PPM meeting. Make sure to provide clear shot lists and shoot goals so that our stylists can review and meet your expectations accordingly.

The fees may fall within the range of 2500 to 4500 SAR.

We’ll provide you with stylists skilled in various services to enhance your fashion experience. Stylists can efficiently:
• Steam up to 5 items (per hour). ensuring that your clothes are wrinkle-free and ready to wear.
• Pinning and fitting apparel on models, ensuring a perfect fit and showcasing the garments in the best possible way.
We offer a steaming service starting at an affordable price of 5 SAR. If you wish to showcase your apparel with flawless floating shots, you can opt for our ghost mannequin service at a starting rate of 50 SAR per image. -
You can find our collection of studio props available free of charge by clicking here. If you do not find the props you desire, you can send us your own.
For special prop requirements that require our stylists' assistance, there will be an initial fee of 50 SAR, along with the prop costs.
